परतावा धोरण — बिझनेस सारथी पुस्तके

बिझनेस सारथी वाचक पोर्टलवरील प्रत्येक ई-बुक, ई-बुक संच आणि छापील प्रतीसह खरेदीवर ही हमी लागू आहे.

1. कालावधी: खरेदीच्या तारखेपासून ७ दिवसांच्या आत परतावा मागता येईल.
2. कसा मागायचा: contact@businesssaarathi.com वर ईमेल करा. ईमेलमध्ये खरेदी करताना वापरलेला ईमेल किंवा फोन नंबर लिहा. कारण सांगण्याची गरज नाही.
3. किती: भरलेली संपूर्ण रक्कम परत केली जाईल. छापील प्रत घेतली असल्यास तिची रक्कमही परत मिळेल; पुस्तक परत पाठवण्याची गरज नाही.
4. कधी: विनंती मिळाल्यावर परतावा सुरू केला जाईल. रक्कम साधारण ५–७ कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत तुमच्या मूळ पेमेंट पद्धतीवर (UPI / कार्ड / नेटबँकिंग) जमा होईल.
5. प्रवेश: परतावा झाल्यानंतर संबंधित पुस्तकांचा वाचक पोर्टलवरील प्रवेश बंद केला जाईल.
6. इतर उत्पादने: वेबिनार, VIP Access Pass आणि कार्यशाळांसाठी त्यांच्या स्वतंत्र अटी लागू आहेत.

• Request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing contact@businesssaarathi.com with the email or phone number used at checkout.
• The full amount paid is refunded, including any printed copy; the book does not need to be returned.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reach the buyer within 5–7 working days.
• Reader-portal access to the refunded books is removed after the refund.
